I really like my new CUSHIONAIRE silver retro sneakers. They are very comfortable and the cushion inside is great. It feels like a pillow when you take a step.The size chart is perfect as described. I wear a size 8.5 and this fits as described. The flap over at the top of the laces will need some time for me to get used to. I wear kilties on many of my golf shoes, but this is different. There is no way to take it off, like a kiltie, so I guess I will need to like it, or not wear the shoes. Which I don't want to do. This weekend I will wear them to a couple of events, and I will see what friends think. I am a wild and crazy gal!!! SmileI am also curious what I can do to clean them. I suppose with a damp towel? No way to polish them. Just my musings, as I have never had foil sneakers before. Even in the retro age. But so far I am getting a kick out of them, and recommend. You might need something fun in your sneaker selection….

These shoes have a memory foam insole that makes them so comfortable to walk in. They're cute and stylish and odd in a good way. I love how the tongue of the shoe flips over. It reminds me of my cheerleader shoes from back in the day. I suggest being careful about how far up you pull the tongue. It could make the top of the shoes look puffy and it won't lay flat. There is a small piece of Velcro between the laces and on the bottom of the tongue so that it sticks in place but you have to position it correctly for it to stick and lay flat.The only thing I would change is if the threading on the shoe was a darker brown instead of cream colored. The cream color matches the design on the side of the shoe so it's not an eye sore or anything. I'd just like it to blend better.Overall these are still super cute and extremely comfortable. I'm traveling again soon and will need a comfortable walking shoe and I'm confident these will work perfectly. I'd definitely recommend them and am so happy I decided to take a chance and order them.
