Domestic Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within two business days, depending on order volume. Certain items may be on backorder and could require more time to ship. Shipments needing freight service or special handling may also take additional processing time. Please contact us for more details regarding such deliveries. Freight insurance is included at no extra cost on all orders.

Available Shipping Options

We currently offer the following delivery methods for most products:

Two-Day Shipping

Delivery times do not include order processing. Most orders are processed within two business days. Depending on your location and shipping requirements, either air or ground transport may be used to ensure timely delivery.

Delays in Shipment

LOVEVOOK is not responsible for shipping delays outside the carrier’s control, including but not limited to: recipient unavailability, acts of nature, government restrictions, customs delays, labor strikes, weather disruptions, pandemics, and other unforeseen events. For concerns about such delays, please contact the relevant shipping provider. Shipping cost refunds are not available for these circumstances.

Partial Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately due to product availability or distribution center locations. No additional shipping charges will apply for split shipments.

Shipping Carriers

Shipments are generally handled by trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, Yellow Freight, Old Dominion Freight, and Con-way Freight.

Restricted Shipping Items

Certain products are restricted by the FAA and cannot be shipped via air. These include:

Aerosol products in pressurized containers
Items containing flammable, volatile, or corrosive substances

P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses

LOVEVOOK ships to valid U.S. addresses, including U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

If a valid email is provided during checkout, you will receive a confirmation email within one business day detailing your order and shipping charges. Once shipped, a notification with tracking information (when available) will be sent.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled if they have not yet entered processing at our warehouse. Once processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible. This can occur quickly, sometimes within 24 hours. Please contact customer service promptly to request a cancellation.

Tax Regulations in the U.S.

LOVEVOOK operates from 4616 W Myrtle Ave, United States and collects applicable taxes based on your shipping ZIP code. Certain states may also tax shipping fees and gift wrapping.
